Why Stop Using?

If you are reading this, chances are good you or someone you know is a substance abuser. It is also likely you are not ready to commit to sobriety. It is a giant step from contemplation to action. We are all creatures of habit-even when the habits result in suffering. So even though change can be difficult, it is the only way to end the misery and enjoy a good quality of life. Doing the same things over and over and expecting different results is the diagnosis of crazy. So what facts would help you make the right decision? First : How much do you care about yourself and your life-do you believe you can make and deserve a better life? Can you accept, forgive and love yourself as you are? So many falsely believe what happened is forever unforgivable.
